Where do cheetahs live, other than in Africa?
Asia. In the past, the cheetah ranged across vast stretches of Asia. However, it has disappeared from the majority of its historic range, save for Iran and possibly a few areas in Afghanistan, the Indian subcontinent, and Turkmenistan. Asiatic cheetahs are active overnight, which is unusual for this species.

Canadian lynx. The Canada lynx's forelimbs are shorter than its hindlimbs, giving it a downward sloping appearance.

Ocelot. Salvador Dalí acquired his pet ocelot Babou in the 1960s, and for a time it was seen to accompany him, on a leash and stone studded collar, almost everywhere he went. The ocelot typically weights 8 to 18 kilograms (18 to 40 lbs).
