How many countries mint own euro coins, even though are not part of the European Union?

Monaco, San Marino and the Vatican City have concluded formal agreements with the EU to use the euro as their official currency and mint their own coins. Kosovo and Montenegro officially adopted the euro as their sole currency without an agreement and, therefore, have no issuing rights.
